Availability:
If a product is out-of-stock we will try to contact you immediately by email or telephone if you have provided the details, to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. All Special Offers are subject to availability.

All products are sold with a money back guarantee and are subject to manufacturers warranty.
Postage and returns:
It is the customers responsibility to select the correct shipping zone and apply the correct postage charge to their order If the postage price on an order is incorrect we will contact the customer and make the necessary corrections.
Customers who wish to return all of their order or part of a multiple order must notify Natural Way Health within 7 days of receipt Unopened products returned will be refunded in full.
Should products when opened by the customer be found to be damaged or imperfect, customers must notify Natural Way Health within 3 working days. Products returned will be refunded in full.
All electrical products are covered by a manufactures warranty. Please see relevant product page. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact us by telephone or email and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a “return to base” warranty, therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product/s. This is of particular importance for customers when returning products from outside the United Kingdom.
All products delivered to customers using carriers other than Royal Mail postal services (excluding Registered or Recorded signed for service) must when required be signed for on receipt by the addressee or their agent. Any external damage to packaging must be notified and registered with the carrier at time of signature and notified to Natural Way Health within 3 working days of receipt. All products are dispatched by Natural Way Health or their agents in mint condition. Natural Way Health cannot be held responsible for compensation or replacement of damaged products, or to compensate or replace products on behalf of the carrier. Terms and conditions will apply. Products returned will on receipt be replaced or refunded in full.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer returning for exchange, credit, or refund, to return all goods as ordered.
Secure payment facility:
Our payment system is hosted on a 128 bit SSL secure server for full security. We do not store your credit card details. Although we have done everything possible to make this service totally secure, we cannot accept responsibility for any breach of security and will not be held liable for any misuse of the system.
