Lutein and Zeaxanthin are 'caratenoids', natural substances found in dark green, leafy vegetables that have antioxidant and other health promoting capabilities, particularly for the eyes. Because Lutein and Zeaxanthin are not produced by the body, they can only be obtained from food or supplements. Up to five servings of vegetables and fruits a day may be needed to provide an optimum level of these important nutrients.

Higher Nature - Super strength Supergar 8000 (High strength garlic)
This is probably the strongest odour free garlic you can buy. It provides 8000 parts per million allicin, more than five times more allicin than our regular Supergar which this product replaces. Super strength Supergar is a specially coated tablet which reduces any odour or aftertaste. Take one a day during winter, or daily to support a healthy heart and arteries.
Ingredients: 500mg extra high allicin garlic powder, providing 8000ppm allicin, 20000 ppm allin and 8500ppm thiosulfinates.
