L-Arginine
Arginine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body. It helps the arteries produce Nitric Oxide, which regulates blood flow, and is necessary for the male erection. Nitric Oxide is also involved in vaso-relaxation, allowing extra blood to flow to the genitals both male and female. The drug Viagra also works by increasing Nitric Oxide. Arginine is also necessary for healthy sperm count and motility.
Arginine is required for insulin production and blood sugar control, and may inhibit the absorption of fat, so may be useful in weight control. In addition, it is beneficial to the arteries of the heart. For sexual health, Arginine combines well with Grape Seed Extract or Pycnogenol. The technical name for Arginine is L-Arginine.
Mix this powder with a little juice or water.

Grape Seed Extract/Pine Bark Extract (Pycnogenol)
These very similar extracts are rich sources of flavonoids called Proanthocyanidins or OPCs. Flavonoids are compounds found in plants.They are powerful anti-oxidants, protecting blood vessels, the heart, brain, eyes and all connective tissue from damage. OPCs stimulate Nitric Oxide production in the arteries, necessary for the male erection, and allowing extra blood to the genitals. OPCs also improve sperm mobility. Pycnogenol is a patented form of Pine bark extract.

Rhodiola
This adaptogenic herb supports the body during stress and is likely to increase male hormones. We all know how stress can be bad for your sex drive and performance. Rhodiola can help depression by boosting serotonin in the brain. It can be helpful improving libido and stamina. Unlike St. John’s Wort, Rhodiola does not interact with conventional drugs.

Zinc and Selenium
Zinc is an essential mineral for male reproductive function, including male hormones and sperm health. Zinc helps lift testosterone levels and is necessary for sperm count, sperm mobility and full fertility. It is often depleted in vegetables due to modern farming methods. Zinc is also an antioxidant and helps protect cells and blood vessels. In addition it benefits the immune system.
Copper is included in zinc supplements because zinc alone may lower your copper levels.
Selenium is found in high concentrations in the sperm and testes, and is a useful anti-ageing mineral. It is also useful in heart protection, cholesterol lowering, eye health and the immune system.

Swiss Health Herbal vY for Men
This contains Lepidium Meyenii, otherwise know as Maça, and Avena Sativa or oats. Maça is a Peruvian herb widely used for both male and female sexual health (Herbal vX for Women). It is rich in plant sterols with zinc. It is an adaptogen, ie. it helps regulate hormonal balance as and when needed.
