A quick guide to using our online shopping facility
Firstly choose a product you wish to buy, there will be a Buy Now button next to each product available to purchase online. When you click the Buy Now button, it will take one of those products off the shelf and place it in your shopping basket. You will be taken to the Shopping Basket page (also known as a shopping cart). This is where you can review your order, choose the quantity of the product, and also see the postage rates added.
When you are satisfied that the correct product has been added to your shopping basket, you have 2 choices:
1. You can click the 'Continue Shopping' button to return to the page you came from, or;
2. You can click the 'Go To Payments' button to go to the checkout and complete your order.
When you Continue Shopping, you may go anywhere else on the website and add more products to the basket. The items you add are stored even if you leave the website; they remain stored on your computer for 7 days so you can build an order in your own time.
If you are ready to complete your order and checkout, click the 'Shopping Basket' button on the product page and then click 'Go To Payments', or if you are already on the 'Shopping Basket' page, just click 'Go To Payments'.
Firstly you will be prompted to provide your personal details and your billing address, this information is for our use only and will be treated as highly confidential. Next you will be taken to our secure page to add your payment details, this page is fully secure and uses 128bit encryption to ensure your details are safe.
When you have entered your details, your purchase is complete and you will be taken to the Thankyou page. You should receive email confirmation of your order within minutes including full details of your order. Please check these details as soon as you get the email to make sure you have the correct items, pricing and delivery address.

Shopping Safely on the Internet:
Many people are still unsure exactly how to tell if they are safe shopping on internet stores so we thought this little guide may help.
The Golden Rule: Whenever you put credit card details into a website you must be able to see the secure padlock in your browser. You will also see that instead of http it will show https, this means 'secure'. This little padlock icon shows that the page you are viewing is stored on a secure server and any information passed between yourself and the server will be encrypted so nobody can intercept this data and use it for malicious purposes.
You can find the padlock symbol to the right of the web address bar in the newest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, or in the footer of Mozilla Firefox.
How this website works: We use a combination of two of the leading companies on the internet to run our shopping system, this means we are using the top levels of security possible and it is handled by experts.
Firstly you will see our shopping cart system is not based on our own website; it is a system provided by Mals E-commerce, a highly established third party shopping cart solution which runs all the buy-now buttons and the main part of the shopping cart. The details you put into this section of the cart are just your name and address so it doesn't have to be hosted on a secure server at this point.
When you press 'Checkout' you will be taken to our other third party which is SagePay, one of the largest secure payment solutions on the internet, here you will see the padlock present the entire time because you will be entering your full credit card details in the same way as if you had phoned us to place an order instead. We actually use SagePay when taking phone orders as well so it goes through the same system.
