Using Supergreens Products:

Welcome to alkalising! The best way to introduce any new food supplement into your optimal health regime is to take it slow and steady with small amounts, increasing over a few weeks to the maximum quantities to suite you and your metabolism, minimising the detoxifying effects of the products.

This slow and steady approach will make no difference to the gains you make - you will start to feel healthier almost immediately, but if you are having a reaction with your stomach or headaches, drop back on the doses you are using and/or add more water to the dose you are on already, until your body is used to the positive changes you are initiating.

Full instructions are included with each supergreens order.

Greenfood/superfood complex: Start with a pinch (about a quarter tsp) in a litre of fresh, pure filtered or spring water. Build up to 1/3 teaspoon, then ½, then ¾ over the course of a few weeks.

Ph Drops: the “engine” of ph change in your body – Start with two drops in one litre of watered greenfood/superfoods complex. Build up slowly over several days to four drops then six drops after a couple of weeks, then finally eight drops after a month. Do not go beyond eight drops until you have finished at least two months of an Alkalizing programme. Then only increase by one or two drops of ph water each week until you are up to sixteen drops per litre of watered greenfood/superfood complex. N.B: Many people are very happy to remain at eight drops per litre, and it does make your bottle of ph water last longer!
