These warnings are intended as guidance only. They are not intended to be comprehensive.
WARNINGS
A1 avoid with warfarin or similar anticoagulants
B1 physician’s guidance advised with warfarin or similar
C1 physician’s guidance advised with beta-blockers, digitalis and cardiac glycosides
D1 avoid with cataracts
E1 not for those with fish or shellfish allergy
F1 do not exceed the recommended daily dose for long periods.
G1 requires supervision if you have coronary spasm or fluctuations in arterial pressure
H1 requires supervision if you have nervous excitability and hypertension.
J1 those with chronic digestive ulceration may experience irritation.
K1 avoid in cases of schizophrenia
L1 avoid if prone to, or suffering from, herpes infection
M1 not to be used if you have the following: any organ transplant; joint replacements; breast or other implants; pacemaker.
N1 those with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura or multiple sclerosis, use only under supervision.
P1 diabetics, use only under supervision
Q1 pregnant or breastfeeding, use only under supervision
R1 avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding
S1 physician’s guidance advised with kidney or heart disease, heart medication, or ACE inhibitors for high blood pressure.
T1 may enhance the effect of diabetes drugs. Use only under supervision.
U1 not advised with biliary obstruction/gallstones
V1 physician’s guidance advised with lithium
W1 may enhance the effects of drugs for high blood pressure or asthma.
X1 requires supervision with peptic ulcer or hypo-tension (low blood pressure)
Y1 physician’s guidance advised with diuretics
Z1 physician’s guidance with liver or kidney problems.
AA1 caution with hypertension
BB1 avoid with melanoma
CC1 not to be used with the MAO type of antidepressant.
DD1 avoid with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems, or prostate enlargement.
EE1 not for use if under 18 years.
FF1 Physician’s guidance if you are on any medication whatsoever.
GG1 avoid with any product containing ephedrine, eg. cold cures, decongestants,, allergy or asthma drugs – ask your pharmacist. Do not take with another slimming product containing ephedrine.
HH1 if you experience nervousness, trembling, nausea or sleeplessness, reduce dose or discontinue.
JJ1 may increase sensitivity to sunlight/UV. Limit exposure and avoid tanning equipment.
NOTES
A2 take with food
B2 causes harmless yellow discoloration of urine
C2 high doses of vitamin B3 may cause harmless facial flushing
D2 rarely can lead to upset stomach – reduce dose.
E2 best absorbed when taken separately from high fibre foods
F2 for maximum effect, take separately from protein, ideally 30-60 mins before or after protein meals.
G2 take between meals on an empty stomach
H2 Not recommended for long-term use.
J2 may produce detoxifying effects – digestive, rashes, headaches, temporary fatigue.
K2 Lutein and Zeaxanthin are best absorbed when taken with a meal containing fat.
